About me!
Hello Friends! Thank you for showing interest in booking with me and wanting to get to know me a little more!My name is Bailey Combs and I was born and raised in California. I learned cosmetology through an apprentice program with Above the Rest Academy in Ontario, California. I went through my apprenticeship at Wild Hair Company Salon in Apple Valley, California. An apprenticeship program is where you learn in a salon and are taught by trainers/seasoned stylists in the salon. It’s a great way to get in-salon experience and build a clientele before getting your cosmetology license. It’s truly the best way to learn the ins and outs of haircutting, hair coloring, blonding, and all things beauty! I couldn’t be more grateful! Through this training I’ve gotten tons of additional educational opportunities by attending hair shows, specialized hair classes, and certification classes. The beauty industry is always changing and I recognize that it's important to always take an opportunity for continued education when it presents itself. I pride myself in keeping an open-mind and being up to date on all trends! I’m a Certified Redken Specialist and have attended many classes taught by the best Redken educators. I have additional certifications such as makeup certifications and am certified to do Keratin Complex Natural Keratin Smoothing Treatment Services.This is just the beginning and I will always continue to learn and grow through the duration of my whole career! Women's Haircut: $45
Includes wash and style.
Women's Blowout: $40
Conditioning Treatment: $55
Professional Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Service. Targets dry and damaged hair. Helps to rebuild protein and add hydration back into the hair. Optimal for overly-processed hair. Includes haircut and style.
Color Gloss/Toner: $70
Perfect for refreshing yellow or brassy blonde or to refresh your color and add some shine. Includes cut and style.
Solid Color: $85+
Root touch up or full solid color transformation. May cost more depending on hair length and density. Includes cut and style.
Partial Highlight: $120+
Extra charge for grey coverage. May cost more depending on length and density. Includes cut and style.
Full Highlight: $150+
Can include grey coverage + highlights. May cost more depending on length and density. Includes cut and style.
Balayage/Foilyage: $175+
Can include grey coverage. May cost more depending on length and density. Includes cut and style.
Color Correction: $200+ ($40/hr)
Final cost of service depends on how long the service takes to be completed. Includes cut and style.
Keratin Treatment: $300+
A Keratin Complex NKST (Natural Keratin Smoothing Treatment) is perfect for eliminating frizz, increasing hair manageability, repairing damage, and leaving the hair noticeably softer and luminous. It can last up to 5 months. May cost more depending on length and density.Children's Haircut: $25
4-10 years old. Includes wash and style.
All color, blonding, and keratin treatment appointments will require a deposit. Please refer to the policies page for more information.
Glam Services
Specializing in special event makeup: school dances, parties, galas, and more!
Bridal hair and makeup services are currently unavailable.

Hair and Makeup Combo: $100Makeup and Hair and Makeup Combo services come with a complimentary makeup touch-up kit!
(Not included in trial runs.)I guarantee to have makeup in a wide variety of shades suitable for everyone that is up to a high quality, sanitary, and cleanliness standard. But you are always welcome to provide any personal makeup for me to use during your service such as foundation, lipstick, mascara, et cetera if that makes you more comfortable.If you have hair accessories you would like to add to your updo service, please let me know beforehand if you are supplying them. This includes clip-in hair extensions, decorative hair pieces, decorative pins/clips, crowns/tiaras, et cetera. If I am needed to provide any accessory listed previously, it may cost extra and may require an in-person consultation and/or trial run!
Character Makeup
Character makeup requires a consultation before booking. Prices will be discussed during the consultation. Consultation can be done in salon or over text where inspiration pictures can easily be supplied. Please be sure to have clear inspiration pictures so I can execute your vision perfectly!The makeup service can be done in salon or on location.(Please refer to the policies page for information on traveling fees.)Difference between Character Makeup and Special Effects Makeup (SFX):
Character Makeup can include face paints and colorful powder to create a fun makeup look perfect for Halloween or cosplays.
SFX Makeup typically involves prosthetics, liquid latex, fake blood, etc to create characters that are gory, scary, fantastical, sci-fi, and more! SFX Makeup services are currently unavailable.
